Tricia Meendering – General Manager
Sheldon native and former Mayor of Sheldon, Tricia Meendering is the General Manager here at the Crossroads Pavilion. Hospitality, great customer service, leadership, and building relationships are some of the attributes she brings to the position.
“As Sheldon’s former mayor, it was exciting to be a part of the dream of what our event center could be. Watching that dream become a reality with a Grand Opening in September of 2017, has surpassed my expectations and visions! Now in the role as General Manager my passion is to continue to exceed in our hospitality and further our dream of ‘what more we can offer’ at The Crossroads Pavilion.” – Tricia Meendering
Heather Jacobs – Assistant General Manager
Heather, originally from Sioux City Iowa, finished her general associates degree at Western Iowa Tec and transferred to Iowa State University, graduating in three years with an Event Management Degree and a minor in Hospitality. Before her employment at Crossroads Pavilion, Heather gained experience in catering, wedding design, event staff, nonprofit planning, and hotel staff. Upon graduation, Heather got married and started her job at the Crossroads Pavilion.
